Terms and Conditions
- Services Offered
We provide laundry services including washing, drying, folding, ironing, pick up and drop off. Additional services may be available; please inquire for details.
- Pricing
Prices are subject to change. Customers will be informed of any changes prior to service.
- Payment
Payment is due at the time of service and items will only be delivered after settling the invoice. We accept credit/debit cards for payments.
- Responsibility for Items
While we take care to handle all items with care, we are not responsible for damage to items due to fabric quality, wear and tear, or previous damage. Please inform us of any special handling requirements.
- Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event of lost or damaged items, please notify us within 7 days. We will investigate and may offer compensation at our discretion.
- Pickup and Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are ready for pickup or delivery on the scheduled date. We are not liable for any delays caused by the customer.
- Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least three hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
- Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information will only be used for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
